Responsibilities
From the given input drawings, Tesla had to create:
- Architectural 3D model
- Structural 3D model
- MEP 3D model
- Coordination of different disciplines
- MEP installation drawings
Challenges
Midway through the project, the deadline was preponed. From a quoted time of 300 days, the client requested the project to be completed in 200 days
There were several clashes in the models which required major changes in design
Solutions
The team size working on the project was increased and the resources were managed accordingly, with additional hours being put in to meet the deadline.
The design modifications were suggested by Tesla and were approved by our clients.
